This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all interactive social darts lane bookings, table reservations, private events, and prepaid services provided by Stormleisure LTD (Eleanor Rigby's) (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered at Old County Hall, Bailey Lane, Coventry, CV1 5RN, United Kingdom.
We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below prior to confirming your booking.
1. Standard Lane & Table Bookings (Up to 9 Guests)
1.1 More than 48 Hours Notice
If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time, you will receive a 100% full refund of any deposit or prepaid amount, or you may reschedule your booking to another available date free of charge.
1.2 Between 24 and 48 Hours Notice
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival may not be eligible for a direct cash refund, but we will happily transfer your deposit to an alternative date or issue a venue credit voucher valid for 6 months.
1.3 Less than 24 Hours Notice & No-Shows
Due to limited capacity and high demand for our interactive dart lanes, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session start time, or failure to arrive for your booking ("no-show"), are strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
2. Group Bookings & Private Events (10+ Guests)
2.1 14+ Days Notice
For large group packages, corporate bookings, and private hires, cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund of payments made, minus any non-recoverable supplier or pre-ordered catering costs.
2.2 7 to 14 Days Notice
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the event may transfer their booking deposit to a rescheduled date within 3 months.
2.3 Under 7 Days Notice
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event date are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations & Alterations by Eleanor Rigby's
3.1 Unforeseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or alter your booking due to equipment failure, technical maintenance, health and safety requirements, or circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), we will contact you immediately.
3.2 Your Entitlement
You will be given the choice of either a 100% immediate refund to your original payment method, or priority re-booking on an alternative date and time of your choice.
4. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
